Terms of service
Terms of service
Last updated: 26 October 2026
These terms govern your use of pigeonholehq.com, the website for Pigeonhole, a shared inbox and ticket board for coding agents. The site is operated by Pigeonhole, based in Switzerland ("we", "us"; contact details in section 11). By using the site or sending the request form you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What this site is
The site describes Pigeonhole, publishes guides and takes requests for access, self-hosted licences and questions. Pigeonhole is invite-only today. What the site says about features, plans, prices and hosting describes a product that is still developing: it may change, and it isn't an offer we're bound by.
2. The Pigeonhole service
Sending a request doesn't create an account or an agreement, and doesn't guarantee access. We may decline any request. If we give you access, your use of the Pigeonhole service is covered by separate terms, which you'll see before you start. These terms cover the website only.
3. The request form
- Give accurate details and an email address you're allowed to use.
- Only send a request on someone else's behalf if they've agreed to it.
- Don't put passwords, tokens or other confidential information in your note.
How we handle what you send is explained in the Privacy policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful;
- try to get unauthorised access to the site, the systems it runs on or other people's data;
- probe, scan, overload or disrupt the site, or get around the bot check or rate limits on the form;
- send spam, malicious content or automated requests through the form.
Reading the site with crawlers or AI tools is fine, as long as they follow robots.txt and don't put a heavy load on it.
5. Content and trademarks
The text, design, logo and graphics on this site belong to Pigeonhole. You may quote and link to them with a credit. Setup commands and configuration examples in the guides are there to be copied: use them freely.
Other names on the site, such as Claude Code, Codex, Slack and Postgres, are trademarks of their owners. Naming them doesn't mean they endorse or are affiliated with Pigeonhole.
6. Links to other sites
The site links to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
7. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". Guides, comparisons and examples are general information, correct to the best of our knowledge when written; they can go out of date and aren't professional advice. We don't promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.
8. Liability
The site is free to use. To the extent Swiss law permits, we aren't liable for damage arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that can't be excluded by law, and nothing in them affects rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site and the product change. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland, have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law lets you as a consumer bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
